This is my story and my tips on how I quit sugar. I used to have a sweet tooth. People accused me of having coffee with my sugar. Sweet tea was never sweet enough. In a couple of days, I could finish off a carton of ice cream. Eventually I decided to cut back on my sugar as much as possible a little at a time. The other day I was refilling a little jar I keep sugar in the cupboard and realized that jar of sugar had lasted for months. I hope these tips on how I quit and reduced sugar are helpful to you.
