So this is the new Christmas event in dead by daylight the "bone chill event" this event lets you get into snowmen which allows you to take a single hit (Basically like meddle of man hit) although the snowmen you get into are super slow and aren't that great unless looping gradually and coming across one needing a hit, as a snowman you're unable to interact with objects like the door, gens etc...
