(Seriously my 18th birthday party was a surprise Batman themed party ask my family lol- it was so awesome) The Arkham franchise is near and dear to my heart, a GEREAT superhero game, a FANTASTIC batman game FINALLY. I 100%ed every achievement in Asylum, and in Knight (until they came out with DLC, i still have to do the Batmobile challenges...) and am currently only 2 away from 100% Achievement completion in Arkham City (i've been working on it for like 2 months the combat challenges and campaign mastery is a headache unrivaled I swear to god...) I can ramble on about Batman, the animated series being a childhood staple (and still something I watch on repeat to this day!) Nolans fantastic trilogy, etc etc. I love Batman and DC. I wonder how many parentheses I will use in this description...all that matters is I am SO excited about this cover. It started small, it really did, and then it got bigger and bigger. We ordered a high end Batsuit cosplay (seriously join my Patreon so I can keep funding endeavors like this cause they aren't cheap lol). We spent hours on Joker makeup (I drew inspiration from 5 DIFFERENT Jokers for this look, can you spot them and name them all!?) We had my best friend and his girlfriend drive from out of state to film the shot in downtown Asheville (thank you cops for not stopping us we saw you circling around) I even had my friend Jake who is a full time composer for some games listen to the track and give feedback (and even offered a little quick final mix with some tweaks!) so make sure to check out ALL of the parties involved, this wouldn't have been possible without everyone! I really loved the call and response aspect of this track, and I even hid some Batman easter eggs in the solo, I wonder who will find both of them! All in all this is my favorite cover i've done to date and I hope you all love it as much as I do, please don't let it flop!
