Maybe I should start a campaign to ban all music at airshows? The 'music' accompanying this footage is not added or my choice, it was played over the event loudspeakers during the display. Perhaps it's there to add excitement to the helicopter flying, or maybe to drown out the otherwise continuous sound of the commentator (who clearly charges per word!), or to allow the commentator to take a break of some sort? Personally I hate any backing music at airshows, but it would be interesting to see what viewers think - so, if you like the music 'like' the video or if you don't like the music just add a comment or give the video a thumbs down - I won't be offended! The remarkable Bölkow Bo105 was, in rotary-winged developmental terms, a game-changer. It was the first helicopter to blend twin engines into a light airframe, featured a revolutionary 'rigid' (hingeless) rotor system and had a hitherto unachievable aerobatic capability as a result. Over its 30-plus year production run, more than 1500 Bo105s were built. Some three dozen operators - military and civil - put the type into service. The Flying Bulls have two Bo105 CBs in their fleet that put on astonishing solo 'held-batic' displays around Europe, Flown by master pilot Siegfried Schwarz, this is its Yeoviltyo Air Day debut. The flying is great, but the 'music' is terrible!
