As I have neither the motivation nor the wherewithal to make my own pizza base i take the lazy option of buying pizzas from the supermarket. However I always find that off the shelf supermarket pizzas are a bit minimalist when it comes to their toppings, so I always add my own ingredients to transform them from what is really just a snack into more of a meal and occasionally into a pizza feast.
