Damage SEEN In Beirut Suburbs After Israeli Strikes Overnight

Damage and debris were visible in Beirut’s southern suburbs on Monday (March 9) following Israeli airstrikes earlier in the day. The strikes came as the conflict involving Israel, Iran and the Iran-backed Hezbollah group continues to expand across the region. Lebanon was drawn into the war after Hezbollah fired into Israel last week, prompting Israeli strikes across southern and eastern Lebanon as well as areas near Beirut. Lebanon’s health ministry said the death toll from Israeli attacks had reached 394 people, including dozens of children and women, though it does not distinguish between civilians and fighters.
