My fluid art style uses the colors and rhythms of nature to create a meditative escape from the chaos of everyday life. I love to play with color, composition, texture, new techniques, brands, and collaborating with other alcohol ink artists; this medium is seriously the best. I started my alcohol ink art journey several years ago as a way to escape the chaos of my everyday life; little did I know, it would take me on the best journey of my life. The best part about working with alcohol ink is, that you're never fully in control. Working with ink is 50% luck and 50% technique. Sure, I use basic art practices like color theory, composition, contrast, etc. but every time I paint I never quite know what the finished product will look like until it is done. It keeps it interesting!
