The animation will be released in April 28th at the movie theater^^~ I was able to do the collaboration with the movie Smurfs, and I decided to make Smurfs Blueberry Mousse cake ^^ I've chosen blueberry since smurfs like it~ For decoration, I used food coloring and drew eyes and noses with melted chocolate^^ I failed once, but my second try was a great success! When you separate the cake from the silicon mold, you have to take it out immediately after taking out from the freezer. Character baking is difficult since I have to rethink about the recipe and bring the character into reality, but it's such an accomplishment ! ^^ Look forward to the movie SMURFS : The lost village !
