Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia May 10, 2017 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte arrived at the Phnom Penh International Airport to commence his second visit to Cambodia, this time to participate in the World Economic Forum (WEF) on ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations). He was welcomed in the airport by the Philippine Embassy officials led by Ambassador Christopher Montero. From the Cambodia side, the President was greeted by Minister of Information Khieu Kanharith.
