Which is why I chose Goku and specifically the Genkidama for today's video due to the nature of the Spirit Bomb technique. As we know the Genkidama harnesses the life force of everything around Goku as they give their power to him to form the powerful Spirit Bomb. This technique requires the user to be pure of heart which is why Goku doesn't use Super Saiyan to gather the energy. This is why the 417hz frequency was chosen for this video. The benefits of 417hz known as the healing frequency is used to eliminate negative energy in the home and body. It's also used to remove negative thoughts and behavior patterns to help facilitate positive change. While also balancing and healing the Sacral Chakra to unlock potential and confidence. To best utilize this video it is to be played at low volumes in the background while studying, working, reading. I did make this video 6 hours so it can be played for sleeping at night so the frequencies can help rejuvenate you while you get a deep rest. It is no secret that music has been shown to have a positive impact on people to change mood and align the spirit. However it goes much deeper than that. Just like plants responding in a positive way to certain types of music. It's actually certain tones and a science behind why they are causing positive change. The original Solfeggio scale was developed by a Benedictine monk Guido of Arezzo who was an Italian music theorist. However it wasn't until the mid 1970's when Dr. Joseph Puleo used mathematical numeral reduction to identify six measurable tones that brings the body back into balance and aid healing. It was this discovery that brought a higher awareness to their benefits that have secretly been enjoyed for 1,000's of years. I personally have used Solfeggio frequencies over the years and enjoyed their benefits which is what lead me to creating my own videos with the proper frequencies in a Dragon Ball theme to introduce them to you.
