A common, top side source of oil leakage on older, high mileage Honda 2.4L I4 engines (used in various Honda and Acura vehicles such as the the Accord, CSX, RDX, TSX, RSX, CRV and Element are the valve cover and the VTEC solenoid gaskets. I recommend you replace these gaskets together if either one shows signs of leakage. The VTEC solenoid gasket is easier to get too with the valve cover removed; conversely, if the valve cover is removed, the solenoid gasket is a relatively inexpensive part so why not replace it.
