This video will show you how to catch UB-03 Xurkitree in Pokemon Sun and Moon. You must battle and capture two different Xurkitrees. The first Xurkitree can be found in the Lush Jungle and the second can be found in Memorial Hill, both on Akala Island, after defeating the Elite Four and speaking to Looker at the motel on Route 8, to the left of the Pokemon Center. Once you speak to Looker and his partner Anabel, he will give you 10 Beast Balls with which you can capture the Ultra Beast. Afterward, travel to the Lush Jungle and run around inside until you battle Xurkitree. The battle music will be different than the music for a normal encounter, so you will know you are encountering an Ultra Beast. After catching it, travel to Memorial Hill to catch the second.
