My written review: From the sample I received, HU Moroccan Bazaar is a mix of ribbon cut and ready cut. The mixture seems at a good moisture level and ready to smoke. The tin note is entrancing with its plethora of aromas of exotic fruits, exotic spices, and exotic Incense. There is a large list that can be found online with all the toppings, so I won’t bore you by repeating the list here. But from the list, I picked up on citrus fruit, endless spices, cinnamon, clove, ginger, figs, and a touch of hay from the Virginias. The flavor profile isn’t as busy as the tin aroma, but still very interesting. The topping starts off strong with notes of exotic fruit, rum/vanilla, clove, and cinnamon. Also, I didn’t pickup on the pepper topping in the aroma but I do in the flavor profile. It isn’t long before the Virginias step forward. They have a pronounced sweet hay note, with some brightness and citrus of their own, separate from the toppings. The orientals have notes of spice, herbal notes, incense, and are very floral. I don’t really pickup on the flavor of the black cavendish, but at the same time I can tell they are. I found Moroccan Bazaar to smoke best when packed a touch lighter than usual. It required a few more than average relights. It smoked cool and never bit, but had a little bit of edge.
