My first ever video with actual footage of me playing the instruments! I decided to try my hand at actual footage this time for a cover, my goal is to keep doing this in the future. Recently I have been playing around with some more odd instrumentations for ensembles, specifically the instruments that I own and can play and decided that I wanted to attempt a suite of music from one of my favorite games "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" The music in this game has always stood out to me and really shaped the way video game music was implemented after it's release. My goal for this arrangement was to keep the main structure of each theme while experimenting with the orchestration and timbres of the instruments I set for myself. My goal is for this piece to have it be playable by other groups, so it is all written with a simpler instrumentation, all acoustic instruments, so that anyone who is interested may perform it. While I am on break from school, I am hoping to make more videos such as this one now that I know how to film and edit the videos!
