How to Cook a Whole Chicken in the Instant Pot

Ever wondered how to cook a whole chicken in the Instant Pot? Prepping a chicken at the beginning of the week is perfect for meal planning for the week! I always wondered why people love whole chickens so much. It wasn't until I cooked one in my Instant Pot that I realized why people loved it so much! Now if you have never cooked chicken in your pressure cooker, go to the store right now, pick up some chicken, and start cooking. I purchased an Instant Pot a couple of years ago on Black Friday. At the time, the pots were about $100+, which just seemed outrageous for an appliance that I didn’t even know how to use. But on that day the price dropped as low as $59! I try to cook at chicken at lease once in a week in my Instant Pot.  It has become a weekly ritual that saves me so much time in the long run.  I love to use this chicken for salads, enchiladas, sandwiches, and to just eat it with BBQ sauce.
