This is Leapmotor A10, a new compact electric SUV, positioned in the B-segment, aimed at the value-focused EV market. Expected to enter production in 2026, the model is designed as an affordable, yet technology-forward offering, and in some export markets it is anticipated to be sold under a different name. Measuring roughly 4.27 meters in length with a 2.6-meter wheelbase, the A10 balances urban maneuverability with practical interior space. Its exterior follows the brand’s modern design language, characterized by slim LED lighting signatures, a clean front fascia, and a floating-roof effect created by contrasting pillars. Technically, the A10 rides on Leapmotor’s dedicated Leap 3.5 EV architecture, and is powered by a single front-mounted electric motor, rated at 121 hp. It is expected to offer two lithium-iron-phosphate battery options: a 39.8 kWh pack delivering up to 400 km of range, and a 53 kWh unit delivering up to 505 km. The inclusion of roof-mounted LiDAR and the Qualcomm 8650 chip means the A10 supports advanced driver-assistance systems, including urban navigation-on-pilot and memory parking, features usually reserved for premium EVs. The cabin features a minimalist design with a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, and an 8.88-inch digital cluster. It is one of the first to integrate Alibaba’s Qwen AI assistant, allowing for more natural, conversational voice commands. Backed by Stellantis, the A10 is a global model.
