In this lesson we teach freestyle breathing using the bubble arm breathing arm method. The trick is to only teach a child or adult to breathe to one side and label the other arm their bubble arm. Breathing to the same side will make you stronger on the side you choose meaning you will breathe quicker and more efficiently.
