Event: Tournament Dinner Location: MCC Members’ Dining room - MCG Date: Thursday 15th April An active Division I College official for the Big 10 Conference and Arena Football League, AGOA secured Bill's services as the Supervisor of Officials for the tournament and to conduct officiating workshops during the week. In his 15 seasons with the Big 10 Bill has been honored with 12 Bowl assignments, including the Fiesta Bowl, the Orange Bowl, the Cotton Bowl, the Holiday Bowl, the Pigskin Classic, the Texas Bowl, the GMAC Bowl and the Independence Bowl. He has worked 8 seasons in the Arena Football League and served as the referee for Arena Bowl XVII. He is an Officiating Consultant for USA Football (which administers the amateur game in the US and is the US member body of the International Federation of American Football). He is very experienced at training football officials and delivering officiating seminars. Bill also worked the 2007 World Cup of American Football Championships in Kawasaki, Japan and the 2009 Junior World Cup in Canton, Ohio.
