Robbins Butte Wildlife Area - Free BLM Desert Boondocking/Dispersed Camping - Buckeye Arizona - Found a free camping spot on BLM land right next to Robbins Butte near Buckeye Arizona. Excellent spot to disperse camp and check out the surrounding area such as Robbins Butte and the Gila River which flowed right next to the Butte. I found many petroglyphs on top of Robbins Butte and several mortars that were used to grind food. The surrounding valley was spectacular to see from up high, and definitely a spot you need to visit if you haven’t been already.
