A member asked how to recognize the Female Pope in a deck with no Female Pope, and that was the catalyst for me discussing my ideas regarding Mary Magdalene and Pope Joan. Ultimately, I put to the cards whether Mary Magdalene was the vessel, the blood lineage for Christ's line. Several of the cards do suggest it might be true, the preponderance of Cups, the 7 Cups which (in the context of the question) shows conveyance through vessels, all the triumph cards with vessels, and even The Wheel of Fortune suggesting that life goes on, and it even has water in it! So yes, there's a strong case to be made that MM was indeed the Holy Grail. But alas, I don't think the reading proves affirmation since there are indicators that the proof is not concrete or stable enough to be definitive.
