Besides sharing anecdotes of crimes committed during the time, he also highlighted the story of two of his best friends who were charged with serious crimes. His friends suffered long-term consequences for their juvenile actions, which had a profound impact on Ed, fostering a sense of maturity beyond his years. He also revealed how one of these friends used to lend Ed his ring to make beats when he was battling.
