On February 13, 2025, AIDA Cruises successfully held the "Dancing Together · Shining 2025" tourism industry exchange meeting and award ceremony on the first domestic large-scale cruise ship AIDA·Modu. More than 350 representatives of tourism industry partners from all over the country attended the event to discuss the new strategy for the development of the cruise tourism industry with AIDA Cruises. AIDA Cruises has always believed that close cooperation with tourism industry partners is the cornerstone for promoting the sustainable development of China's cruise industry. At the same time, we also welcome more travel agencies to become partners of AIDA Cruises, explore and deepen cooperation with us, and jointly create a new era for the Chinese cruise market. At the meeting, AIDA Cruises released its 2025 development strategy and product planning, interpreted future route deployment and sales channel strategies, and conducted in-depth dialogues with tourism industry colleagues attending the meeting to explore new opportunities for the development of the Chinese cruise market. In 2025, AIDA Cruises will continue to optimize fleet deployment, enhance guest experience, continuously deepen the innovative cultural tourism model of "cruise + culture", and further create cruise products that "better understand Chinese people". During the tourism industry exchange meeting, AIDA Cruises also awarded the "New Market Development Award", "Best Partner Award", "Best Operation Team Award", "Best Advertising Creativity Award", "Most Influential Award", as well as the champion, runner-up and third place in each region and other honorary awards to reward travel agency representatives who have outstanding performance in market development, product promotion, sales performance and other aspects in 2024. AIDA Cruises hopes that colleagues in the tourism industry will continue to work hand in hand with AIDA Cruises, work together to create a blueprint for future development, and jointly promote the sustainable development of the Chinese cruise market. At present, AIDA Cruises' two large cruise ships - the first domestically produced large cruise ship AIDA·Modu and the "art ship" AIDA·Mediterranean, have served nearly 520,000 domestic and foreign guests in total. The second domestically-made large cruise ship, Aida Huacheng, has now been fully connected and is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2026 and start international routes in Nansha, Guangzhou.
