The beginning was a little rough and a little gross so if you're sensitive to blood and just general kind of ick then you might want to skip to after around 7 minutes. I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Christopher Chang at Congressional Plastic Surgery in Tysons, VA. He was really great and I'm very happy with my nose! Some things that I think made recovery a little easier - I ate tons and tons of pineapple before and after the surgery to help with the bruising, drank a lot of water constantly, and pre-made a batch of congee to eat the first week after surgery when all I could eat was mush.
