Treat yourself and your loved ones to this extraordinary eggless delight that will undoubtedly become a favorite in your dessert repertoire. _____________________________________ eggless moist chocolate cake with ganache filling: Ingredients:(pan size 8-inch) For the cake: 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour(204gm) 1 cup granulated sugar(200gm) 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(25gm) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cup warm water(296gm) 1/3 cup vegetable oil(72gm) 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the ganache filling: ------------------------------------- 250gm dark chocolate, chopped 1/2 cup heavy cream(115gm) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water, vegetable oil, white vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth and well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
