OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE 1/2 cup old fashioned, GF oats 1 tsp Chia seeds 2 tbsp Peanut butter or almond butter 1 Tbsp Maple syrup 1/2 cup - 1 cup Almond milk 1- Mix all ingredients except oats and milk in a mason jar, bowl or tupperware. I try not to mix too much so that I get nice pockets of peanut butter or chia 2- Mix in oats and mix. 3- Pour in milk and cover oats completely. 4- Cover & place in a fridge to let sit overnight or 8 hours minimum. 5- When you are ready to eat, add your favourite toppings (I like goji berries & cacoa nibs) 6- Enjoy.
