Props: Reformer Box Focus: Deep abdominals and intentional movement accessing all parts of the core! Difficulty Rating: 3/4 (intermediate) Duration: 60 Minutes + Stretch Machine Set-Up at the START of class: 1B Spring ON (light) Footbar 1st Position Headrest DOWN Reformer Box on carriage long box style Safety Strap or Foot Strap ON This class will have you shaking and trembling from the start! Compound ab focused sequences make-up the bulk of this flow. You will need some grit and determination to get through this one and that is why it has an intermediate level difficulty rating. The movement is not overly difficult, but the layering and time under tension is extensive so you’ll need that endurance strength for this one. We will access all parts of the core and dig nice and deep so I will be cueing towards very focused, intentional movement. I want you to know what to feel and how to access it with superb form and control! There are a few sequences where we will not have support for the head and neck and we will be working on strengthening those neck extensor muscles. If those sequences become too uncomfortable please be sure to listen to your body and either take a break or reset. I look forward to tackling this one with you!! I want to know what you think!
