We are so happy with how it all turned out and how well every part of it works together. We could not be happier with our off grid van life kitchen. It’s going to serve us super well as we’re out on the road living vanlife all over the country and world. This kitchen is an investment that will pay off many times over because we all enjoy cooking and want to make most of our meals in the truck. Cooking will be a core part of the #vanlife adventure for us. We still have a few more steps to finalize the kitchen and make it look nice in our converted Uhaul box truck. First, we’re planning on having a tile backsplash that goes behind the kitchen on the wall to give it a nice, modern feel. Also, when we do our whole electrical system and get that all linked up, we will be able to connect our fridge and our propane solenoid to power so that those systems work well! Finally, we need to paint and add trim to every part of the kitchen to get it looking epic. After that, the kitchen should be completely done and ready to go travel in!
