If you enjoy calm lifestyle vlogs, solo living, or life in Singapore from an American perspective, this one’s for you. ❤️ Let me know what you’d like to see in the next one! 00:00 preview 00:24 MRT to conveyor-belt sushi lunch @ Sushiro 03:25 grocery shopping at our renovated FairPrice Finest 05:32 back home for a pet update 08:22 cooking "Nikki’s Easy Cioppino" for a cozy dinner 📌Nikki’s Easy Cioppino recipe — splash of olive oil — 3/4 medium yellow onion, chopped — 5 garlic cloves, sliced — 2 TBSP Italian seasoning — 1 TBSP red pepper flakes or to taste — salt and pepper to taste — 800g whole cherry tomato cans in sauce — 1/2 cup dry white wine (plus more if needed) — 200g seafood (your choice!) — 200g lump crab meat — 2 celery stalks, chopped — sourdough bread Heat olive oil on medium high heat; add onion and garlic, saute until golden. Add spices to coat onions/garlic. Add cherry tomatoes and crush with spoon. Bring mixture to a boil. Add wine; bring to a boil. Add seafood and crab; bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. If too chunky, add additonal wine to thin sauce and return to a simmer. Add celery and cook briefly (suggested: 1 minute max).
