On day two of the Coyote Crossing Sprint Enduro I decided to race my 2025 KTM 300 XC so that I could compare it to the 2024 KTM 300 XC-W that I raced on the exact same course the previous day. The woods loop was very rutted and had tons of sink holes scattered throughout the test and I had a tough time both days attacking in the conditions. Since this race I have changed my gearing again on the 300 XC to a 13/51 and I am looking forward to racing with it soon. I felt like at this enduro I was in between second and third gear in the tighter sections and with the 13/51, the transition between second, third, and fourth gear are much better for my riding style.
