Footmotion Plating System - Your solution for foot surgery The MIBO (Mini Invasive Basal Osteotomy) plate was specifically designed for baso-metatarsal closing, in a severe Hallux Valgus context. The objective of the Newclip is to propose a solution that allows treating severe HV in percutaneous surgery. In particular, the dedicated instrument allows inserting the plate under the skin and inserting the screws through the guide. The implants of the Footmotion Plating System range emerged from a simple observation: the difference in biomechanical properties of each of the 16 joints of the foot creates a unique need per indication. In the light of this, the engineers of Newclip Technics worked in close collaboration with surgeons specialised in the foot and ankle, to better satisfy these anatomical and surgical issues.
