You know when you think about it, your relationship with your car dealer really begins after you make your purchase. Because you'll be coming back on a regular basis to have maintenance and any warranty items take care of on your car. At Eastside Kia, our goal is to treat every customer like we would if they were a member of our own family. So, we today we're going to introduce you to our PARTS & SERVICE DEPARTMENTS. ARRIVE • We are southern Alberta's only Kia dealer to have both a NEW and PRE-OWNED sales showroom. • Our service department is located in our NEW VEHICLE BUILDING on the NORTH end of the parking lot. When you come in for your first service visit, you will drive your car right up to our SERVICE DRIVE THROUGH. For faster service there are TWO LANES...If the DOORS ARE CLOSED, just honk your horn then drive straight in. SERVICE ADVISORS It is here that you will be greeted by one of our FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL service advisors. They are fully trained and will provide you with very valuable information about: • What service is required for this visit. • They will also explain any questions regarding the warranty on your vehicle. • They will create what we in the car business call an RO which stands for a "REPAIR ORDER". It will outline what will take place and then they will have you SIGN to give your authorization. SHUTTLE SERVICE After this, you will be welcome to use one of our COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE'S that will take you to work and then PICK YOU UP at the end of the day when the work is completed on your car. Our shuttle drives are great, they provide lots of laughs and entertainment on your drive to work. CUSTOMER LOUNGE If you prefer to wait, we have a very comfortable customer lounge that comes complete with a large flat screen television, free WI-FI and complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. PARTS DEPARTMENT While waiting, a lot of our customers visit our PARTS DEPARTMENT. Here our parts manager and his staff can answer your questions about any accessory that you might be interested in such as RUNNING BOARDS, ALL WEATHER MATS, BUG DEFLECTORS, WIPER BLADES or even FIRST AID KITS. On all Kia repairs, we only use GENUINE OEM / FACTORY PARTS. They are better quality and they last LONGER. TRAINED TECHNICIANS While you're surfing the web in our lounge, one of our FULLY TRAINED TECHNCIANS will be working on your vehicle. • We have all the necessary equipment to service your vehicle including a diagnostic computer, wheel alignment rack, tire mounting machinery and specialized Kia tools. We can even re-aim your headlights. • Our technicians take a lot of pride in their work and our VALUABLE CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE it. They have given us one of the highest CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATINGS in Western Canada. • After your repair visit, you will receive a survey from Kia Canada. If there is any reason you can't give us 100%, please feel free to call our service manager. He is always available to assist in any situation. • We always do our best to service and repair your vehicle right the first time. But the fact is, some problems are harder to diagnose than others which at times does lead to some frustration. I want you to know that our service department will always do everything they can including contact Kia Technical support to provide the correct solution in the shortest time possible. PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE When you come back to pick up your vehicle, we always do our best to explain the invoice to you. One of the MYTHS about servicing at a retail DEALERSHIP is that it is more EXPENSIVE. It is just a MYTH: Our dealership provides competitive pricing for all types of service...on all types of vehicles. LOYALTY REWARDS Plus...every Kia customer is enrolled at no charge to our KIA LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM. EVENING PICK UP If you need to pick up your car after 5:30, our night time receptionist will be glad to assist.
