Potato Fry | Spicy Aloo Fry | Spicy Garlic Powder | Side Dishes | Potato Recipes ‪@HomeCookingShow‬ #potatofry #aloofry #potatovellullikaaram #potatorecipes #crispypotatofry #aloofryintelugu #howtomakepotatofry #sidedishes #sidedishforcurdrice #homecooking Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Servings: 4 To Make Garlic Spice Powder Coriander Seeds - 2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp Garlic - 6 Cloves Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp Salt - 1 Tsp Curry Leaves To Make Potato Fry Potato - 3 Nos Oil - 1 Tbsp Chana Dal - 1 Tbsp Urad Dal - 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli - 3 Nos Curry Leaves Hing / Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Water Method: 1. For the garlic spice powder, take coriander seeds, garlic cloves and cumin seeds in a mixer jar. Grind them once. 2. Then add red chili powder, salt and curry leaves. Grind everything into a fine powder and keep aside. 3. Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in a bowl of water. 4. Take a wide kadai and pour oil in it. 5. For tempering, add the chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. 6. Once the mustards start splattering, add in red chilies, curry leaves and hing. 7. Drop in the potato pieces and mix well. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. 8. Saute for a few mins and then add water. 9. Mix and add the ground garlic spice powder. 10. Mix well and cover the kadai with a lid. 11. Cook the potatoes for 10 mins. 12. Turn off the stove and transfer the fry to a serving bowl. 13. Potato fry with garlic spice powder is ready to be served hot with rice/curd rice/sambar rice/rasam rice. Hello Viwers, Today we are going to see a wonderful potato fry recipe with garlic kaaram.
