I know that some podcasts are usually around an hour, but I wanted to make this one last for more than three hours, because I wanted to take you on a journey that's both deep and immersive, something that you can lose yourself in for hours. Throughout the podcast, we'll explore different sounds and styles, from slow and mellow beats to upbeat and energetic rhythms. The name "Resilience" represents the dedication and hard work I placed into this project. It symbolizes the perseverance and the willingness to experiment and try new things. It's a reminder that resilience is key to achieving our goals and overcoming obstacles. I hope it inspires others to push through their challenges and never give up. I've poured hours of research and preparation into this podcast and I truly hope that you will like it.
