In this version, the Eterna City gym is different. After every trainer you defeat, the hand will adjust. Defeat all of the trainers to make the hand adjust to where Gardenia is. Gardenia uses Grass type Pokémon. In this edition, her Cherubi has evolved. Cherrim will use Leech Seed to steal HP from opponents and Safeguard to prevent status problems for 5 turns. Turtwig will use Reflect to weaken physical attack damage for 5 turns and Razor Leaf for critical hits. Roserade will use Stun Spore to paralyze targets along with a never-miss attack, Magical Leaf. After the battle, you’ll receive the Forest Badge and a TM86 (Grass Knot). The heavier the target, the more damage Grass Knot does.
