Download the files at https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadge... The "LEGO Road Chain System" is a fun and cheap way to bring life into your LEGO city roads. It is a 3D printable, semi-permanent setup. Easy to print and quick to assemble, it is robust enough to be handled by kids. It is fully compatible with the original LEGO roadplates, so you can match and mix to extend your existing roads. It moves the smallest of two-wheelers, like a bike or scooter (or even a skateboard), up to the largest of trucks around a layout of multiple meters. It doesn't use any 3D printed connectors, but instead uses actual LEGO 2x2 plates to connect road plates together, so they are as sturdy and reusable as the original LEGO road plates. The plates come in 2 different "looks". The actual LEGO plate look, but also a plain look, so it can be used in "O-scale" model railroad scenery or for moving die-cast cars.
