Hiroshima G7 Global Health Follow-up Initiative Kick-off webinar

JCIE organized the "Reflection Event on 2023 G7’s commitments on greater resilience to future pandemics” online webinar in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), the International Pandemic Preparedness Secretariat, and Wellcome Trust as a kick-off of the Hiroshima G7 Global Health Follow-up Initiative. This initiative aims to review the progress of the G7’s past commitments related to PPR/resilient health systems, and to identify the remaining challenges that need to be addressed to provide a supportive base for the Italian G7 Summit in 2024. This webinar invited reflections on the G7's commitments from diverse actors in global health, and discussed possible actions to implement the G7 commitments.
