Stalingrad…the bloodiest battle in human history. The subject of many documentaries, debates, and much more. We have seen this setting in movies and video games alike, anywhere from enemy at the gates, to being with Sgt. Reznov in Call of duty World at War, and now Hell Let loose. Hell let loose made a Stalingrad map with the Russian update as well as Kursk, and to be honest, it’s not half bad. It’s an all urban map with many different features, sight lines, based off of the maps and geography of the city back then and even today when we look at modern day Volgograd. You have room by room fights for apartment buildings, high ground overlooking a railway, many different sniper hold outs, and a lot of different ways to approach the map. And the significance of the map and it’s objectives Sources of info Armchair Historian’s: Deadliest battle in History: Stalingrad | Animated history: • Deadliest Battle in History: Stalingrad | ... https://stalingradfront.com/articles/...
