Rocky Mountain Bike Trip 2025 Northern BC to New Mexico On June 28th, 2025, five of us rolled out of Prince George, British Columbia — headed south for our annual ride. From B.C. we crossed into Montana at Eureka beneath endless Big Sky, carving through alpine valleys and climbing Beartooth Pass — where the air turns thin, the tundra stretches wide, and icefields cling to the roof of the continent — before dropping into the outlaw country of Cody, Wyoming. From there we rode to the summit of Pikes Peak, where the world falls away in every direction, and finally to our southernmost destination — the red-burned deserts of New Mexico. Turning north, we traced the western wall of the Rocky Mountains through Utah’s canyonlands, past the cathedral spires of the Grand Tetons, over Lolo Pass, into Washington, and home again to British Columbia. Fourteen days. 8,500 kilometers. Miles. Memories. The open road.
