July Webinar Objectives: In this video you will learn... Presenters: Dexter Locke is a distinguished urban ecologist with an extensive academic and research background. His passion lies in conducting applied research with urban natural resource managers. His specialties include urban ecology, urban forestry, and spatial data science. Dexter's research interests are organized into three interrelated themes: participation in urban and community forestry programs, ecological homogenization of urban America, and environmental stewardship organizations. He earned his doctorate from the Graduate School of Geography at Clark University, holds a Master's in Environmental Science from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and received his Bachelor's of Science from the University of Vermont.
