You can easily increase the amount of push ups by doing this routine. This is the same routine I used to increase my push ups.In less than one month I went from 60 push-ups per minute to 85 proper push ups in one minute before flying out to basic military training. There's no magic pill, there's nothing fancy. Just a few exercises and proper frequency is what you'll need for results. I demonstrate and explain all this in the video. For those who need a bit of a challenge, I added a small modification to the featured routine to increase the intensity of this push up routine. Targeted muscles: Chest, triceps, shoulders and core (abs and back). The focus is slow controlled repetitions, lowering your body down until your elbows make and break 90 degrees and exploding up.
