Kuzu kol, soğan, mantar ve sivri biber ile fırında pişirilir. Yanında pirinç, şehriye, tereyağı ve sıvı yağ ile hazırlanan pilav servis edilir. Served with rice pilaf prepared with rice, vermicelli, butter, and vegetable oil. 3 kg kuzu kol 2 adet soğan 200 g mantar 2 adet sivri biber 30 ml sıvı yağ 30 ml su Tuz, karabiber Hazırlanışı Fırını önceden 220°C’ye ısıtın.1,5,saat pişiriniz sonra 180C de,1,5 ,saat pişiriniz toplamda 3saat. Pilav Malzemeler 3 su bardağı pirinç 3 yemek kaşığı şehriye 30 ml sıvı yağ 30 g tereyağı 5 su bardağı kaynar su 2 tatlı kaşığı tuz 3 kg lamb leg 2 onions 200 g mushrooms 2 green pointed peppers 30 ml vegetable oil 30 ml water Salt and black pepper Instructions Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the lamb leg in a baking tray and season with salt and black pepper. Roughly chop the onions, add mushrooms and green peppers to the tray. Drizzle with vegetable oil and add water. Cover the tray with aluminum foil. Roast at 220°C for 1.5 hours. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and cook for another 1.5 hours. Remove the foil during the last 20–30 minutes to brown the meat. Turkish Rice Pilaf Ingredients 3 cups rice 3 tablespoons vermicelli 30 ml vegetable oil 30 g butter 5 cups boiling water 2 teaspoons salt Instructions Rinse the rice and soak it in warm salted water for 20–30 minutes, then drain. Melt the butter and vegetable oil in a pot. Add vermicelli and sauté until lightly golden. Add the rice and sauté until translucent. Pour in boiling water and add salt. Cook on high heat first, then on low heat until the water is absorbed.
