[PSO2:NGS] October Update Skill Rings & Ex Skills

We're getting some interesting updates in October! First is the re-introduction of skill rings. It seems that they function as another set of equipment that you will level. They also add passive abilities such as potency, pp, and hp recovery! The most important thing in this update is the long awaited Ex- Skills. Ex-Skills are basically a flashy final attack that occurs after using photon blast, you would press photon blast again it would unleash it. After the flashy move you get a series of buffs that further add to the kit of your class and decreased photon blast gauge. They're very primitive and simple systems right now but if done correctly really could make the gameplay more interesting.
