Having finished the base game it's time to dig into the DLC of Mechwarrior 5: Clans as I dig into one of my FAVORITE Clans, the Ghost Bears. These lads and lasses are heavily influenced by Scanadavian names and culture but also are big fans of American Football. From a game standpoint the main interest is unlike the Smoke Jaguars we looked at in the base game, the Ghost Bears are a mix of Warden and Crusader ideologies which gives a new layer to the potential stories to be told. Also they made the Kodiak. Nuff said. Will the campaign be better than the base game? Let's find out. In Episode 4, we continue the Ghost Bear Campaign on Alshain. Drama in the Canyons of the planet, another assault on Marble City and something I've never seen in all my Battletech days and it's big. Plus we have Kodiaks and apparently Banes are in the game?
