Complete STRANGER Gets Full Lawn Service At NO CHARGE

In this video, we will be providing free mowing mowing and edging service for a complete stranger. This is our first time mowing this property. Clear sign that this is our first time providing service for this complete stranger are his EDGES! THEY ARE CRAZY OVERGROWN! During a Sunday night drive home after church, I noticed this gentleman's lawn needed service. So I knocked... ...And the gentleman answered! I explained to him my service process and that I was willing to mow his tall grass for FREE. He agreed and here we are now watching the overgrown mowing video. Here's the breakdown: I started out by trimming with my Stihl FS90 grass trimmer. I went around every perimeter of the lawn, fence, and garden beds. I did this first to make edging grass less of a hassle. I ran into a problem will using an aftermarket Autocut 25-2 string trimmer head that HIPA360 sent our way. I did not like the line, so I swapped out the head completely to my original OEM Stihl Autocut 25-2. I then proceeded with edging the whole front and backyard of the property. My KM56RC struggled to cut the sod that was overgrowing onto the sidewalk. I had to install my KM131R power head. That ripped right through and made the job a lot more easier. After edging, I always rake up the debri/edging sod chunks. We DO NOT blow them back into the grass to be "mowed" over because that is not how it's done by a professional. If you attempt to mow up the sod chunks/dirt, you'll run the risk of damaging, chipping, or dulling your blades pre-maturely. We also blew away the dirt on the sidewalks and driveway prior to starting our mow. For our mowing portion of this service, we used our Toro Turfmaster HDX 30" commercial lawn mower. We did not mulch/side discharge initially because the mower handled the tall grass like a champ. We bagged all the grass clippings and made a few double passes along the way. We used our Hustler Raptor SDX 48" Zero Turn Mower in the backyard. When running sharp blades, the lawn mower mulches up the blades of grass so finely that we did not have a reason to bag our clippings. We triple cut the backyard and it turned out great!
