One of the highlights of this episode is visiting the famous Hari Om Hotel, where we show you the traditional making of the legendary Kaziranga Peda — a sweet delicacy loved by visitors and locals alike. Watch closely as the peda is patiently prepared by slowly thickening milk for hours before being shaped into this iconic dessert.
