But device should work great straight out of the box. Or maybe something wrong with Behringer, feel free to comment, your help is highly appreciated. Update_1: I spent month or so, tried different DAWs, firmwares, protocols and studios. Also I could not find video with proper smooth automation workflow. No answers from support service, silence. This is my experience :) I'm happy, if your device working great, but my case and this video might be considered like a warning for those, who plan to purchase the unit, to double check this nuance. Update_2(Offtop): I also had a case of a malfunction with the new X-Touch mini, two encoders behaved incorrectly at high speed turning, I sent it to the service center, waited for more than a month, they returned the device to me with a letter saying that everything was working properly. So I disassembled the device myself and repaired it in half an hour, there was too much grease on the contacts in the encoders, where it shouldn't be, when rotating quickly, something like surfing on the contact surface occurred. It's a waste of time to create these videos, again the only thing I can notice is to check the serviceability of Behringer products more carefully, given my experience, they have a significant percentage of defects, and the service centers do not work properly.
