Midnight Animal was a game I was personally very excited about. I saw many of its changes develop in real time, right before my eyes. Can I say that I foresaw what became of it? Not really. Once the project got cancelled I figured I'd never see it come to fruition. Now that I know what became of it, I can only wish the best for the creator in his future endeavors. The main purpose of this video is to critique the games for what they are and not for what they represent, which not that many people seem to do. Whether or not you actually like Spencer is up to you. I personally think that despite all his perceived mistakes, he could improve himself for the better, which he seems to be doing. EDIT: Disregard anything I said related to Spencer's Patreon. Apparently, it was used to back him up financially and any donations would not go into MA's development. That means that info related to the game's development would not be distributed through there and nobody should've expected it to do so. The sources I used were wrong about this and I didn't ask anyone for any clarifications either. Sorry for the slip up.
