Drain Pros Ep. 1 - Hospital Grease Trap

We use our portable pumping unit to vaccum out all grease from a grease interceptor in this video, this grease trap is located in the floor of the dishwashing room of a local hospital. All the food build up from the garbage disposal and the dishwasher first go through the grease trap before entering the sewer system. After pumping all the grease from the trap we use a hose to spray down and clean the sides of the grease trap. As you can see in the video we pull a spoon out of the bottom of the grease trap, no clue how it got in there. After refilling the trap with water we reinstall the lid to finish cleaning up the floor. The question is would you eat with that spoon?
