On our last day at Harsil Valley, we explored beautiful glacial lakes near Dharali Village. It was roughly 4-5 kms from Dharali and it took us close to 5hours complete the entire trek. These lakes look even more beautiful during monsoons and Aug Sep is good time to do this trek. Hope everyone watching this video is safe and sound. Through this video series we want to share the beautiful memories of our Harshil/Gangotri trip but, in no way we are trying to promote/travel during COVID times. We took Haridwar - Dehradun-Mussorie - Uttarkashi route and the roads were amazing. On our return, we took Rishikesh route and it was really bad, almost 100km of road was under construction due to char dham yatra and even though distance was same, it took us more time on our return. Once the construction is completed, Rishikesh route will be equally amazing. We covered multiple places within Harsil however in this video, you will see our journey from Harsil to Gangotri and then Mukhwa Village as well.
