A simple solution to robotise the palletising process. The station consists of a single conveyor feeding the product into the robot's work zone. The robot uses a gripper to place the product on the pallet in accordance with the programmed palletising scheme. In addition, the robot has the ability to place spacers between product layers. Delivery of empty pallets and collecting of full pallets is performed by the operator using a forklift. The station consists of two storage fields (pallets) for palletising the product and one pallet with spacers. It is possible to expand the workstation with additional items.
